Kissimmee Villa with Pool - Sleeps up to 8 Our beautiful self catering Orlando villa is located in Country Creek in Kissimmee, a quiet residential community just 15 minutes from Disney World and 2 minutes drive from the lively Highway 192 which offers a wide choice of shopping and restaurants. The villa has 3 bedrooms and boasts a sunny west-facing private pool which backs onto a lake where guests are free to go fishing. There is a convenient 24 hour Walmart supermarket just a 10 minute walk away.

Tastefully furnished and in an ideal location for Central Florida's attractions and activities, our Florida villa offers you and your family all you need in a home away from home.

Lounge: featuring two comfortable sofas, one of which converts to a queen size bed, plus cable TV and a VCR with a selection of video tapes. Kitchen: fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dining table and chairs. We provide an ample supply of crockery and utensils plus an iron and ironing board. Dining Area: a dining table and chairs Master Bedroom with En-Suite: tastefully decorated with a comfortable king size bed, large walk-in closet and TV. The spacious ensuite bathroom features twin wash basins, a shower, bathtub and toilet.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: both featuring twin beds and built in closets. 2nd Bathroom: complete with a toilet, sink, bath and shower and has access to the pool area. Pool Area: complete with dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, our pool deck has been extended to provide plenty of sunbathing space for the provided sun loungers. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (which is recommended from November to March). The villa backs onto a lake where guests are free to go fishing. Parking: There is ample parking on the private driveway at the front of the villa.

Weekly Rental The charges for the villa (in £ sterling) are: Low Season (Sept - June): £350 - £400 per week High Season (July & August): £400 - £450 per week Christmas & Easter: £450 - £500 per week To check availability, please view our online calendar or contact us with your preferred travel dates. We are pleased to offer discounted rates for late bookings.

Booking Information To check availability, make a booking or ask any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once a booking is confirmed, a deposit of £200.00 will be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be payable six weeks before departure. A security deposit of £200.00 is taken on all bookings which is refundable on your return to the UK (subject to the villa being free from damage).
